By accessing and using Text2Design, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Text2Design is an AI-powered design generation platform that creates mobile app designs based on text descriptions. The service includes style generation, screen creation, design export capabilities, and may include connected Figma workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When a connected Figma workflow is available, you must initiate and verify the connection from the plugin, explicitly select the design context to analyze, and approve the quoted Text2Design credit cost before a requested draft or revision is created. Generated Figma drafts remain editable, and revisions are created beside the source rather than replacing it. You can disconnect the plugin or erase its saved workspace memory at any time; erasing saved memory does not remove Figma layers that were already created.
Designs generated through our service are owned by you and may be used for commercial purposes. However, the underlying AI models, algorithms, and platform remain the property of Text2Design.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Text2Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
